HeadOn is the name of a topical migraine headache treatment. It is developed in Austria and Graz at the herpolscheimer clinic. Head-on headache is sold as a homeopathic formula. It was known for the TV advertisements " headon " featuring a slogan. It was distributed by miralus healthcare. headOn can stop the migraine symptoms by applying to the head stated 3 times.

The manufacture and the ownership of the HeadOn were transferred to north America inc ( sir vision ) on 2008, 26 sep. Headon had been re introduced by sir vision with a new form, claiming the headon now contains an active proven ingredient for relief the migraine headache topically.
As of 2008 sep, there are 2 headOn versions available ( migraine and extra strength ). The HeadOn migraine chemical analysis has shown that it is consisting of wax. It has three active ingredients.
The ingredients of the HeadOn migraine:
- 6x Potassium dichromate ( carcinogen ).
- 12x White bryony ( vine type ).
- 12x iris versicolor ( comes from a flower ).

Notation of ( x ) indicates that these headon ingredients have been diluted to one part per million, one part per trillion, one part per trillion respectively.
The dilution amount is great which headon has been described as a placebo treatment. The headon extra strength formula is the same as the headon migraine except that it doesn't contain the iris versicolor.
